Michelle Linfesty is vice president of program management with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in soliciting, securing, implementing and directing research programs focused on infectious diseases.
Prior to joining Qpex, she was at Rempex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and The Medicines Company, where she was responsible for installing and executing contracts with the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, Innovative Medicines Initiative in the EU and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Prior to joining industry, Michelle held positions of increasing responsibility associated with clinical research and administration at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Health Research Center San Diego, the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program of Uniformed Services at the University of the Health Sciences, i3 Research and the University of San Diego.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with an emphasis in experimental research methodology from California State University at San Marcos in San Marcos, California.
